Pricing and Credit Questions
A standard music generation uses 12 credits and returns 2 tracks. Credits can be used for supported creation tools such as Text to Music and Lyrics to Song, with more studio tools planned.
You can upgrade your plan or buy a one-time credit pack. Credit packs add extra credits without changing your subscription.
Subscription credits are tied to the active billing period and usually do not roll over. Yearly plans grant the full yearly credit balance for that billing period. One-time credit packs do not expire.
Monthly plans add credits each month. Yearly plans bill once per year and grant the yearly credit balance upfront. One-time credit packs are extra credits you can buy without changing your plan.
Paid plans include plan-based commercial use. Starter supports personal and light commercial use. Pro and Max are designed for broader commercial projects.
Yes, paid-plan outputs can be used in creator and commercial projects according to your plan terms. You should only use prompts, lyrics, reference audio, or uploaded audio that you have the right to use.
Current plans include MP3 downloads. WAV export is planned as an upcoming studio feature for Pro and Max.
Generation time can vary by queue, model, and request complexity. A standard generation returns 2 tracks so you can compare options and continue with the better fit.
You can manage your subscription from your account when billing management is available. If you need help with a plan change, credit purchase, or billing issue, contact support.
Refunds are reviewed under the MakeBPM Refund Policy. Used credits, completed generations, and delivered digital services are usually not refundable. If you were charged by mistake or had a billing issue, contact support within 7 days so we can review it.
Canceling a plan stops future renewals. It does not automatically remove the rights you received for music created while your paid plan was active, subject to the plan terms and any rights in your inputs.
MakeBPM is being built as a full AI music studio. Features marked as upcoming are planned capabilities and are not available in the current product yet.
