Overview
This Refund Policy explains how MakeBPM handles refund requests, failed generations, duplicate charges, billing errors, credits, subscriptions, and cancellations.
MakeBPM is a digital AI music studio. AI music generation and audio processing can use paid computing resources as soon as a request starts.
Because of that, completed generations and completed audio processing jobs are usually not automatically refundable after credits have been used.

When We May Review a Request
Please contact us if one of these issues happens:
- credits were charged but no task was created.
- a generation failed because of a MakeBPM service error.
- audio processing failed because of a MakeBPM service error.
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- your payment succeeded but credits or plan access did not appear in your account.
- a billing error affected your order, renewal, subscription, or credit pack.
- you canceled but were still charged for a later billing period.
After review, we may restore credits, retry the task, fix the billing issue, or approve a refund.
When Refunds Are Usually Not Available
Refunds are usually not available when:
- credits were already used for a completed generation or completed audio processing job.
- the output was delivered but you do not like the style, genre, voice, lyrics, mix, arrangement, or sound.
- the output needs prompt changes, lyric edits, another generation, or manual review.
- the BPM estimate, vocal separation, instrumental track, or other supported audio result needs manual checking.
- you changed your mind after using credits, downloads, or paid features.
- you forgot to cancel a subscription before renewal.
- the request is made after the 7-day review period.
AI music outputs can vary. A result that needs refinement is not always treated as a failed generation.
Failed Generations and Audio Processing
A failed task means MakeBPM could not complete the requested generation or audio processing because of a service error, provider error, system error, or billing/credit issue.
A result is not automatically considered failed only because it sounds different from your prompt, needs another version, has creative variation, or needs editing before release.
For failed tasks, we usually try to make the account whole first. That may mean restoring credits, retrying the task, or fixing access. A refund may be reviewed when credit restoration or retrying is not enough.
Review Period
Please send refund or credit review requests within 7 days of the purchase, renewal, failed task, duplicate charge, missing credits, or billing issue.
Requests sent after 7 days may be harder to verify and may not qualify for a refund or credit restoration.
Subscriptions and Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription through the account or billing flow shown in MakeBPM.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund past charges, used credits, completed tasks, or delivered digital services.
If a renewal charge looks incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can review it.
Subscription credits are tied to the billing period unless MakeBPM says otherwise. Unused subscription credits may not roll over after the billing period ends.
One-Time Credit Packs
One-time credit packs are separate from subscriptions.
Unless checkout says otherwise, one-time paid credit packs do not expire. They can still be subject to account limits, service availability, abuse prevention, and these policy rules.
Credits from free trials, signup rewards, promotions, referrals, bonuses, or manual support adjustments may expire or follow different rules.
How to Request a Review
To request a refund or credit review, contact us at [email protected].
Please include:
- your account email.
- order number or payment reference if available.
- purchase, renewal, or task date.
- the related task, page, feature, or credit charge.
- a short description of what happened.
- screenshots or payment receipts if they help explain the issue.
Clear details help us review the issue faster.
Processing Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are usually sent back to the original payment method.
Payment providers and banks may take 5-10 business days to show the refund.
Payment processing fees may not always be refundable. If a payment provider keeps a processing fee, that amount may be deducted from the refund when the law allows it.
If a refund is approved for a subscription or credit purchase, related credits, downloads, plan access, or account benefits may be removed or adjusted.
Abuse and Fair Use
This policy is meant to help with real billing issues, failed tasks, duplicate charges, missing credits, and service errors.
It is not meant to provide free use of paid AI generations, audio processing, downloads, or subscription features.
MakeBPM may decline requests that appear abusive, repeated, misleading, or inconsistent with this policy.
