Please read this policy before you upload private recordings, unreleased songs, client audio, voice recordings, or copyrighted material. This is especially important if the content may include personal or confidential information.

  • We collect the information needed to operate MakeBPM. This may include account details, prompts, lyrics, uploaded files, generated outputs, task history, credits, billing records, device data, and support messages.
  • Some tools process content in different ways. BPM Finder may analyze files in your browser, while AI generation and vocal removal may require uploading content to MakeBPM or third-party service providers.

  • We do not publish your private prompts, lyrics, uploaded files, generated tracks, or task history as public examples unless you give permission.
  • We may use service providers for hosting, storage, AI processing, audio processing, payments, email, analytics, security, and support.
  • You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, export, or other privacy help where those rights apply.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you give us directly. This can include your name, email address, login details, account settings, and support messages. It can also include prompts, lyrics, style notes, uploaded audio, uploaded video, reference files, project notes, and other content you submit.

We may also collect information created when you use MakeBPM. This can include generated songs, audio previews, cover images, separated vocals, instrumental tracks, BPM results, task status, task history, saved outputs, and download records. It can also include credit balances, credit usage, orders, subscriptions, billing status, and product preferences.

We may collect basic technical information. This can include device type, browser type, IP address, approximate location from IP, log data, cookie data, page views, feature usage, error reports, performance data, and security events.

If you use paid features, payment providers may process your payment details. MakeBPM does not intentionally store full card numbers, CVV codes, or complete card details on its own servers.

Prompts, Lyrics, Audio Uploads, and Generated Music

MakeBPM may let you create or process music from prompts, lyrics, moods, genres, scenes, and reference audio. You may also use uploaded tracks, voice recordings, audio files, video files, or other materials.

These files and inputs may contain private or sensitive content. Uploaded audio may include voices, names, unreleased songs, client work, demos, stems, podcasts, background conversations, personal stories, or copyrighted material.

Please upload only content you have the right to use. If you upload client material, private recordings, copyrighted lyrics, reference songs, or other third-party content, you are responsible for having the needed permission.

When account features are enabled, we may store prompts, lyrics, style settings, uploaded files, generated outputs, and task details with your history. This helps you review past work, download results, troubleshoot issues, reuse settings, and continue a music project.

Generated or processed outputs may include songs, beats, background music, soundtracks, vocals, instrumentals, generated cover images, previews, BPM results, and related details. Current and planned audio tools may also create separated parts or other supported audio files. Review outputs before you publish, license, distribute, sell, or deliver them to clients.

BPM Finder and Browser-Based Audio Analysis

Some MakeBPM tools are designed to reduce unnecessary uploads.

For example, BPM Finder may analyze an audio file in your browser. In that workflow, the file does not need to be uploaded to MakeBPM servers just to estimate tempo. Your browser may read the file locally to calculate BPM, tempo candidates, confidence, and related results.

Other features may require uploads. This includes saving results, processing audio, generating music, removing vocals, using current or planned separation tools, or asking support about a task. In those cases, related information may be sent to MakeBPM or our service providers as needed.

Client, Creator, and Project Confidentiality

We do not sell your uploaded audio, prompts, lyrics, reference files, generated tracks, or task history.

We do not publish your private prompts, lyrics, uploaded files, generated tracks, vocal removals, instrumentals, or task history unless you give permission. This includes public examples, ads, social posts, case studies, galleries, and marketing material.

Please avoid uploading content that is not needed for the music or audio task. Do not upload government IDs, financial records, private documents, passwords, access codes, medical information, or other sensitive personal information unless it is truly necessary.

If your work is covered by a client agreement, label NDA, publisher agreement, platform rule, or other confidentiality duty, check whether you may use MakeBPM for that content.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide, operate, secure, and improve MakeBPM.

We use it to create AI music, process uploaded audio, estimate BPM, remove vocals, and extract instrumentals. We also use it to save task history, manage accounts, track credits, process orders, and handle subscriptions. We may use it to send service emails, respond to support, monitor reliability, prevent misuse, enforce our terms, and improve product quality.

We may use grouped or anonymized usage data to understand how people use MakeBPM. This helps us improve reliability, fix bugs, measure feature quality, and decide what to improve next.

Grouped or anonymized data does not identify you, your clients, your private recordings, or a specific private music project.

AI Processing and Model Training

MakeBPM uses third-party providers for some AI, audio, storage, and infrastructure work.

When you generate music, remove vocals, process uploaded files, or use other AI or audio features, we may send service providers the information needed for that request. The same applies to current or planned features that create generated cover images, separated parts, or other supported outputs. This may include prompts, lyrics, uploaded files, reference files, generated outputs, task details, and account-related identifiers.

We try to send only what the feature needs.

Some prompts or uploads may be checked for safety, abuse prevention, copyright risk, or policy compliance before or during processing.

MakeBPM does not use private prompts, lyrics, uploaded audio, uploaded video, generated tracks, or task history to train MakeBPM-owned public AI models unless you give permission.

Third-party providers may process content under their own terms, privacy policies, retention rules, and security practices. We use them to operate MakeBPM and provide the AI or audio workflow you request.

If we want to use your private content beyond normal service operation, we will ask when permission is required. This includes public examples, marketing, case studies, galleries, evaluation datasets, or model training. It also includes prompts, lyrics, uploaded files, generated outputs, audio examples, product feedback, and task data.

Saved History, Retention, and Deletion Requests

When account features are enabled, MakeBPM may save account data, prompts, lyrics, uploaded files, generated outputs, task results, BPM results, and saved history. We may also save credit usage, order history, subscription status, and support records.

We keep this data so you can view past work, download results, manage credits, get support, and continue music projects.

You may contact us to request deletion of account data, uploaded files, prompts, lyrics, generated outputs, task history, and saved history when this option is available.

Some deletion requests may be limited by legal, security, billing, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup, or operational needs.

Some data may remain for a limited time in backups, logs, payment records, provider systems, or security records. It is removed through our normal cleanup processes.

Sharing With Service Providers

We do not sell personal information.

We may share limited information with trusted service providers that help us run MakeBPM.

These providers may support hosting, databases, storage, AI music generation, audio processing, vocal separation, and image generation. They may also support email delivery, analytics, payments, security, abuse prevention, customer support, error monitoring, and reliability monitoring.

Service providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to MakeBPM. Their work is also subject to their agreements and terms.

We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request. We may disclose information when needed to protect users, protect the service, prevent abuse, enforce our terms, or defend our rights.

Payments, Credits, and Billing Data

If you buy credits, subscribe, or use paid features, we may process billing-related information. This can include orders, credit balances, credit usage, product names, transaction status, subscription status, renewals, cancellations, refunds, invoices, tax records, and billing support messages.

Payment providers handle full card details. MakeBPM does not intentionally store full card numbers, CVV codes, or complete payment card details on its own servers.

Subscription credits, one-time credits, free credits, failed generation reviews, and billing support may require us to keep related account and transaction records.

Cookies, Analytics, and Logs

MakeBPM may use cookies or similar technologies.

We use them to support login, remember preferences, understand product usage, monitor performance, improve the website, measure feature quality, prevent abuse, and protect account and payment features.

You can adjust cookie settings in your browser. Some cookies may be required for login, security, account, credit, or payment features.

Your Privacy Choices

You may contact us to ask for access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information when these rights apply.

You may also ask us to stop sending marketing emails. We may still send transactional emails, security emails, billing emails, support emails, and service emails when needed.

Your rights may depend on where you live. We will respond to privacy requests as required by law.

Data Security

We use reasonable security measures to protect information.

No internet service can guarantee perfect security. Please avoid uploading sensitive personal information, confidential documents, private recordings, or unreleased material that is not needed for your MakeBPM workflow.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You should also control access to devices where you use MakeBPM.

Children's Privacy

MakeBPM is not intended for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to MakeBPM, please contact us.

Practical Limits of AI Outputs

MakeBPM helps create and process music, but generated or processed outputs still need review before serious use.

AI-generated music, separated vocals, instrumentals, BPM estimates, lyrics-to-song results, and other supported outputs may contain artifacts or errors. They may also raise similarity issues, rights questions, or platform limits.

MakeBPM does not guarantee originality, copyright registration eligibility, commercial clearance, platform acceptance, licensing approval, or monetization. We also do not guarantee that every output will suit every release, client project, ad, video, podcast, game, livestream, or public performance.

International Transfers

MakeBPM may use service providers in different countries. Your information may be processed or stored outside your state, province, or country.

When required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for international processing.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.

If we make an important change to how private prompts, lyrics, uploaded files, generated outputs, or task history may be used, we will say so clearly. This includes changes related to model training, public examples, case studies, galleries, or marketing. We will ask when permission is required.
